Our 2‑day lodge safari takes you first to Tarangire, known as the “home of elephants,” where you’ll encounter vast herds amid iconic baobab-studded landscapes and abundant wildlife—from zebras and wildebeest to lions, leopards, cheetahs, warthogs, pythons, ostriches, vultures, monkeys, and baboons. After a comfortable lodge stay, you’ll continue to the legendary Ngorongoro Crater—an awe-inspiring volcanic caldera where wildlife thrives in a natural amphitheater. The crater’s enclosed walls make animal sightings remarkably easy, offering high chances to see the Big Five, including the elusive black rhino, all within one of the most beautiful, self-contained ecosystems in Tanzania.Your lodge stay ensures comfort and rejuvenation between the exhilarating wildlife adventures of both parks.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Upon arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will check in and pass through the security checkpoint, where officials will verify your required documents. Our tour guide will greet you, handle your luggage, and escort you to our transfer vehicle for the drive to Arusha city.
At the hotel, our driver-guide will assist with the check-in process while the hotel porter takes your luggage to your room. After the long journey, you can relax and unwind at the lodge.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After an early breakfast, we’ll journey to the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint, where the breathtaking panorama will captivate your senses. Descending into the crater, we’ll embark on a safari in search of the elusive black rhino. These magnificent creatures are challenging to spot due to their preference for dense vegetation and the crater’s vast expanse. Our experienced guides will navigate the terrain, increasing our chances of encountering these rare animals. The Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its stunning scenery and rich wildlife, offering a self-contained ecosystem where animals thrive without migrating.
