3-Day Safari to Tarangire , Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara

Embark on an exclusive journey through Tanzania’s premier wildlife destinations. This private safari offers the chance to witness Africa’s Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros—amidst the stunning landscapes of Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara National Park. Travel in comfort aboard a 4×4 safari vehicle equipped with a pop-up roof, ensuring optimal wildlife viewing. Your adventure begins and concludes in Arusha, providing a seamless and unforgettable experience.

Day 1-Arusha to Tarangire National Park

We will pick you up from your hotel and after being familiar with the guide we will drive to Tarangire National Park  famous for its diverse landscape. The park is particularly known for the abundance of Ancient Baobab trees & having the largest concentration of elephants in the whole country and provides unique chances to observe the interaction between elephant families. We will do a game drive through the park depending on where there are reported sightings of animals (mostly predators, lions, cheetahs & leopards as they are harder to spot) as herbivores (giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, etc. are plenty to see through the park.

Later on, will go to the Tarangire River picnic site and enjoy the beautiful view of the river & animals while having lunch, small monkeys & baboons will try to scare you of your lunch but there is nothing to worry about

After lunch will proceed with the game drive and exit the park around 4:30 pm

After the tour will head to our accommodation in Mto Wa Mbu to your Lodge

Day -2 Ngorongoro Crater

Rise early to embark on a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, formed 2 to 3 million years ago. As you reach the crater floor, you’ll be immersed in a breathtaking landscape teeming with wildlife. This natural sanctuary is home to the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and black rhino—as well as hyenas, zebras, wildebeests, and a myriad of bird species. The unique topography and rich biodiversity make it a premier safari destination. After a fulfilling game drive, return to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay at Suricata Boma Lodge, offering a serene retreat amidst the African wilderness.

Day- 3 Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After a good night’s rest, today is the ‘day of the lions.’ Enjoy an early breakfast before checking out and heading towards Lake Manyara National Park. The park covers approximately 330 square kilometers, with the lake itself spanning 200 square kilometers at maximum water levels. From a sea of pink flamingos stretching as far as the eye can see to close encounters with bull elephants, Lake Manyara boasts a remarkable variety of herd animals and birdlife. One of the park’s unique features is its tree-climbing lions. After exploring the park and its groundwater forest, you will begin the drive back to Arusha, where your journey started, in the mid-afternoon. Your heart and camera will be filled with memories of your African safari adventure.
